Valkyrie - Minority Report - Nutrition for Children of the Moon

Tom Cruise
as Count Claus Philipp Maria Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg

Valkyrie is the historical thriller that tells the story about the fifteenth [and final] attempt to take down Adolph Hitler during WWII. The operation, designed by Colonel Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg [Tom Cruise] was codenamed "Valkyrie", for the emergency plan that would activate if a revolt was launched against the Nazi government.

The German conspirators carried out their heroic plan to assassinate Hitler, and members of his inner circle, at Wolf's Lair on July 20,1944. The Sun was in Tom Cruise's sun sign and moving into Leo range, the winged lion of TC radix Lunar placement. This year Cruise had his progressed Sun conjunct Regulus; the power of the aspect reminds us of our honest hearts and better angels of our nature. Regulus is one of the four key stars in the heavens, aka archangel stars, that once marked the two Equinoxes and two Solstices – pivot days in a solar year. Heavenly bodies in contact with Regulus are in the zone and usually get their "15 minutes of fame", if not more.

The Nazi plan, known only to Hitler’s inner circle, was to establish the super race, but not by ways most would expect. Their method exceeded elimination of anyone with even a trace of Jewish blood, gypsies, others, and expanded to eventually include pure blood Germans who did not have blonde hair and blue eyes. The Allies stopped Hitler before complete excisement of candidates could unfold and alert mainstream Germans to the ultimate plan. Even so, the Germans knew their only short term hope was a hero on the inside, who would rescue the nation and protest the brutal treatment of prisoners and civilians. Only the elite guard really knew what would happen if Hitler continued unchecked - they had the responsibility to stop him.

In metaphysical terms, the basic philosophic confrontation is in two perceptions of Mars: influence in the material world, purpose to move up the power ladder, and responsibility to do the right thing for the right reason. Care for those less fortunate or unable to defend themselves [see A Few Good Men] would result from a Mars-Moon combination. Mars that chooses the quick path to material rewards and power will capitalize on hysteria, even racial discrimination [The Inside Man].

Fritz Lang confused the issue with his silent classic films, Die Nibelungen: Siegfried and Die Nibelungen: Kriemhilds Rache, both released in 1924 after the first World War. Lang was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1890. His Mars and Jupiter conjunction created a mixed bag impression of German history and honor - and in the zodiacal sign of the future, Aquarius, a somewhat unfair assessment of military era structural blueprints that determined cultural formation at the time. Lang's father managed a construction company, so provided the realism required to sell his abstract point of view. Lang considered attributes of Jupiter - oaths, vows, honor, loyalty as part of the Mars ethic and characteristic of the ideal hero. Mars is more correctly translated as akasha life force, an energy, rather than a code. Common forms are the vortex, spiral dust clouds on the red planet itself, the double helix, for example. The German people were led to believe Mars and Jupiter were one cosmic force, not two, creating a series of communication walls for von Stauffenberg and his group.

Positive Mars designs a pattern outside clock time. The natural reaction to the local bully is to obstruct those who want to oppress and disempower others [The Expendables]. They assume the role of the priest and exorcist, or as they say in Hollywood, "the garbage men who take out the trash," [High Noon].

Those who have the negative Mars alignment, believe they are bodies [Boys From Brazil] so they can implement torture, rendition, and death camps [Trump XV Typhon] or those failed theories would not entice them. Positive Mars is, more often than not, insulated against the influence of "the times" and holds fast to the integrity that results from self-realization – a constant. The best fighters always use positive Mars because they have the best chance of winning [Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation] when the challenge comes from an influence that does not honor the rules as agreed, prior to the confrontation.

Hitler approves an "amended copy" of Operation Valkyrie

"You know your Wagner, Colonel? The Valkyrie. Handmaidens
of the Gods: choosing who will live and who will die,
sparing the most heroic from an agonizing death.

One cannot understand National Socialism
if one does not understand Wagner.
I'm sure whatever changes you've made are
for the best."

Star Chart: Adolph Hitler

Pluto conjunct Neptune in the Eighth House Hitler’s confidence in Homeopathy with Luna conjunct Jupiter in the Third House is another chapter entirely. If Hitler began to self-medicate, for example, as possibly indicated by Luna conjunct Jupiter in Capricorn square Mercury, in the Sixth House of health - near the Seventh House cusp—one can only speculate on potential combinations of solutions Hitler consumed. At times his behavior resembled that of someone overdosing on steroids. His abrupt, violent reactions seemed to be “completely unpredictable overloading some chemical quirk in the brain that certain people are born with and others not.” See The Adonis Complex, The Secret Crisis of Male Body Obsession, for more about distress generated by Hitler’s Venus-Mars combo in Taurus.

Himmler, thus introduced by Hitler to the idea of potentising, came into possession by “illicit means” Dr. [Rudolph] Steiner’s Koberwitz lectures on Bio-Dynamic farming. It has long been on record that Hitler authorized medical and other experiments on prisoners as well as civilians, as expanded through generational studies examined in, The Boys From Brazil. No one knows how Hitler himself compensated for personal physical complaints, not the least of which was some type of cardio-vascular condition that may have persisted as a constant mental battle for survival. The ‘New Man’ was a central theme in Hitler’s philosophy, shared in mirror reflection by Richard Wagner. Hitler’s Uranus opposition to Mercury set up irregular breathing and physical animation generated by the electro-magnetic field. The aspect is so insulating Hitler couldn’t see beyond a “hall of mirrors”. Wagner shared the same raw materials and arrangement/design Hitler used, only in reverse. Hitler was blind to the precise reflex action of Wagner, the 180 degree opposite to that view held by Hitler. Wagner’s Mercury and Uranus operated in reverse positions to those of Hitler – Wagner found the antidote to the “edgy, sputter-rhythm” that kept Hitler on constant red-alert. The composer introduced continuity into his life via music and transformed the opera thereby. Hitler relied on his constant influx of emergency hormones [super man type capability for the crisis scenario] and couldn’t give that chemistry up because it kept him alive – many attempts on his life were neatly averted because he could quickly change location “just in the nick of time.” We usually refer to this type of fore-vision as clairvoyance or second sight. It is one reason Hitler survived the attempt on July 20, 1944 organized by von Stauffenberg. More about Hitler under a separate heading. That is in the works.

It should be noted the oath taken by the followers of Hitler was specific to him. Officers swore unconditional obedience to Adolph Hitler, not the visionary package he sole to his troops. Those who held the belief sacred Germany could be reinstated were betrayed and abandoned. The profound disillusionment is reiterated in the opening scene of Valkyrie, via journal entries made by Claus von Stauffenberg, at the front in Africa.

IMDb trivia count down says Cruise was attracted to the role after seeing a picture of Stauffenberg. He noticed a resemblance of his profile to the colonel's.

Biography
Claus Philipp Maria Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg [15 November 1907 – 21 July 1944] was a German army officer and one of the leading figures of the failed July 20 Plot of 1944 to kill German dictator Adolf Hitler and seize power in Germany. Stauffenberg was the third of three sons [the others being twins Berthold and Alexander] in the Stauffenberg castle of Jettingen between Ulm and Augsburg, in the eastern part of Swabia, at that time in the Kingdom of Bavaria.
Destiny Path 7

Claus von Stauffenberg was born with his Sun in the eighth sign of the zodiac, 21° Scorpio 28' in exact trine with his Moon @ 20° Pisces 43'. His Ascendant 10° Virgo 32' contributed a meticulus, disciplined style of management. The Midheaven 5° Gemini 18' helped contribute to his fantastic popularity as a national hero. The mutable signs Virgo and Gemini often believe, and use, the type of strategy that will "lose the battle to win the war".

There are two progressed power points in TC 2008 star chart that apply a specific relationship to the Valkyrie story. The Sun conjunct Regulus inspires people who follow those in authority, especially titled members of the military; also an aspect that involves Mars that could be key to the level of intense commitment to the film for Tom Cruise.

According to Ptolemy, Regulus bestows an aspect of Mars and Jupiter, but most later authors liken it to Mars only… It gives fame… either through loss or conflict, military honor of short duration, with ultimate failure, imprisonment, violent death, or it bestows greatness, success, high and lofty ideals and strength of spirit. Makes its natives magnanimous, grandly liberal, generous, ambitious, fond of power, desirous of command, high-spirited and independent.
[Robson, p.195.]

Col. Claus von Stauffenberg: If I fail, they'll come for you. They'll come for all of you.
Nina Von Stauffenberg: I know.

TC has Mars in a precise conjunction with Polaris this year. The conjunction is considered perhaps more important than any star* other than the Sun; it will provide laser focus on the central military era question: can we test well for proper use of the Aggressive Urge and Mars-related blueprints.

The pole star is the main star of "the small Bear." Positioned in the star chart wit Mars, it will give spiritual powers to the bearer, and he will be highly respected. Polaris serves as a guide and indicator.

In astrological terms, Mars is a symbol for the vital energy of a ‘Superman’ or ‘Superwoman’ in an emergency situation that is generated as part of our physical response to a crisis. When Mars is combined with Polaris in a star chart, we wish to learn more scripts based on biographical and legendary records about the natural leader, pioneer, and explorer. Polaris has many names in starry lore that indicates the guidance it provides: "Pathway" " Pointer" - indicating the way; "Hub of the Cosmos", "the Ship Star" and Stella Maris "Star of the Sea". The interjection of the addition, "the right way" is representative of the Sanskrit ideal for Mars, aka the rule of "right action."

We also know that the greatest power is lodged in the fine, not in the gross. We see a man take up a huge weight: we see his muscles swell, and all over his body we see signs of exertion; and we think the muscles are powerful things.

But it is the thin, thread-like wires, the nerves, which bring power to the muscles; the moment one of these threads is cut off from reaching the muscles, they are not able to work at all. These tiny nerves bring the power from something still finer; and that again in its turn brings it from something finer still –thought; and so on. So it is the fine that is really the seat of power. Of course, we can see the movements in the gross; but when the fine movements take place we cannot see them. When a gross thing moves, we catch it, and thus we naturally identify movement with things which are gross. But all the power is really in the fine.      - Raja Yoga

Cruise Becomes Movie Mogul
Friday, November 3, 2006

Tom Cruise has bought his own movie studio. The 'Mission Impossible' star and his producing partner Paula Wagner have teamed up with MGM to reform United Artists.
The old studio was founded 85 years ago by ["Doug" and the big four - see below] movie moguls.

The 'Top Gun' actor will produce and star in the company's films, though not exclusively so he will be available for other projects.

MGM CEO Harry E. Sloan announced yesterday: 'Cruise and Wagner will have substantial ownership of United Artists. Budget permitting they will have almost complete control over green-lighting and developing new productions.'

Cruise said: 'Paula and I are very respectful of the rich history and tradition of United Artists, and we welcome the opportunity to contribute to that legacy by providing a wide range of releases that appeal to all audiences. 'It's our desire to create an environment where filmmakers can thrive and see their visions realised.' full story at Metro

United Artists
United Artists was the logical conclusion to the star system.
Douglas Fairbanks was the most conspicuous of the invading "Famous Players" who survived the camera test, but his survival was a near thing, almost an accident. He was signed by Triangle on the basis of his modest reputation as a minor star of polite comedy on the stage, and sent to Hollywood in 1915 to appear in one of triangle's first releases, The Lamb.

The regular studio personnel were in the first flush of resentment of the high salaries paid the stage favorites; perhaps it is too much to call it sabotage, but certain it is that Fairbanks was murk-photographed in this first film, and that he had been given an ashen make-up which made him look ten years older than his thirty-two years. Perhaps he was oblivious of this, perhaps he was retaliating in his own way, but throughout the making of the picture he was the hail-fellow-well-met, giving his colleagues mighty slaps on the back and indulging his private penchant for athletics and acrobatics all over the set, often at the expense of the shooting schedule. These antic so pained D. W. Griffith, who was supervising the picture, that he told Fairbanks that if he had any future with the movies it would be with Mack Sennett. But two observers intervened. Anita Loos, a script writer hardly out of her teens, but who had won Griffith's confidence in their three years of association, pointed out to the great man that this jolly, jumping-jack, off-screen Fairbanks was a far more interesting personality than the polite comedian they had signed. Miss Loos proposed that she and her husband, director John Emerson, be turned loose to see what could be done with the private personality of Douglas Fairbanks in pictures made for the public screen.

Douglas Fairbanks married Mary Pickford in 1919. The union of Doug, the all-American male, with Little Mary, America’s Sweetheart, had a sentimental logic which thrilled the fans of both, which was nearly everybody. And why not form – with Charlie Chaplin and D W. Griffith, who was also getting too expensive for his own good – a company to produce and distribute their own pictures, enabling them to keep all the profits for themselves? In 1919, the United Artists Corporation was formed.

MISSION  IMPOSSIBLE  3

Power List 2006

It's been twenty-five years since TAPS, ten since JERRY MAGUIRE, and light years since Tom Cruise first became the object of adoration, accolades, and endless tabloid scrutiny.
Yet after all this time, the star of MISSION:IMPOSSIBLE III is still the most powerful movie star around. There's a reason for that...

Says Steven Spielberg, who postponed his own Munich as Cruise put off M:I:III so they might make War of the Worlds together: "Tom and I share an insane work ethic, which is not unlike those classic cartoons where the brake comes off in your hand as you are hurtling down a mountainside. Over the years, my experience with Tom tells me he only knows one direction to go, and that's full speed ahead, and for me that's half the fun of working with him."
by Fred Schruers
PREMIERE June 2006

No one would have believed

in the early years of the 21st Century

that our world was being watched

by intelligences greater than our own…

Behind the curtain....

Howard Koch wrote the script for The Mercury Theatre’s radio play of War of the Worlds that aired Sunday, October 30, 1938, 8:00 to 9:00 P.M. His book, The Panic Broadcast, portrait of an event provides the backdrop needed to understand the far ranging fear and sometimes hysteria generated by Welles’ “trick or treat” broadcast throughout the United States:

I was an astonished contributor to this bizarre event which still occupies students of social psychology searching for clues why rational behavior was suspended on such a vast scale. In the course of forty-five minutes of actual time – as differentiated from subjective or fictional time – the invading Martians were presumably able to blast off from their planet, land on the earth, set up their destructive machines, defeat our army, disrupt communications, demoralize the population and occupy whole sections of the country. In forty-five minutes!

At the time I was a young playwright doing my first professional job, which was writing the radio plays for the Mercury Theatre’s Sunday evening programs sponsored by CBS and which were built around the name and talents of Orson Welles. It was an experience lasting six months I wouldn’t have missed nor would want to go through again.

Koch explains, later in the text, that in 1938: the year of the broadcast, the deep depression of the early thirties was still vivid in the memories of all adults. They had experienced the shock of losing their jobs or their businesses or their farms overnight. Many saw their families hungry and some homeless as the banks foreclosed mortgages on a vast scale. The solid rock of our social structure turned out to be quicksand.

"Mars Panic" Useful By Hugh S. Johnson
Washington, Nov. 2

One of the most remarkable demonstrations of modern times was the startling effect of the absurd radio scenario of Orson Welles based on an old Jules Verne type of novel by H. G. Wells -- "The War of the Worlds."

Simulated Columbia broadcast radio flashes of a pretended attack, with mysterious new aerial weapons, on New Jersey from the planet Mars, put many people into such a panic that the witch-burning Mr. McNinch, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, has a new excuse to extend the creeping hand of government restriction of free speech by way of radio censorship.
When the hysterical echoes of an initial hysterical explosion die down the whole incident will assay out as about the silliest teapot tempest in human history....

.... The crumbling of British and French power in Europe, Africa, the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, plus German aggressiveness and insistence on air and navel bases far too close to us for comfort, puts an entirely new face on our defense program. If this nutty, panicky development serves no other purpose than to make that clearer, it will have served its unintended purpose and have proved its unpredictable value.

.... Planetary emanative prana (as in the case of solar prana) is caught up and transmitted via a particular group of devas, called the "devas of the shadows," who are ethereal devas of a slightly violet hue. Their bodies are composed of the matter of one or other of the four ethers, and they focalize and concentrate the emanations of the planet, and of all forms upon the planet. They have a specially close connection with human beings owing to the fact of the essential resemblance of their bodily substance to man's etheric substance, and because they transmit to him the magnetism of "Mother Earth" as it is called. Therefore we see that there are two groups of devas working in connection with man:

a. Solar devas, who transmit the vital fluid which circulates in the etheric body.
b. Planetary devas of a violet color, who are allied to man's etheric body, and who transmit earth's prana, or the prana of whichever planet man may be functioning upon during a physical incarnation.

SATURN, LORD OF TIME AND THE LAW OF CONTRACTION

The Minority Report

Director: Steven Spielberg

Short story by Philip K. Dick looks into questions about justice, life & death, predestination and free will – a subtle discourse and subtext that scrutinize the hub of the wheel - our choices and consequences that follow. The ‘Angels of the Face’ are Metatron and Sandalphon, life and death. Precogs Agatha, Arthur, and Dashell work much like augurs of old, sanctioned by officials, charged with observing and interpreting the signs of upcoming events for the benefit of the collective. The Pre-crime Unit does not ask Precogs to interpret, merely to accurately visualize and project an image of future events that involve murder; most social groups facilitate similar methods for transmission of information about future events, trends, and social themes. Precogs aka oracles, prophets, and dreamers for the tribe, are kept partially immersed in a solution prepared just for them – probably a reference to the traditional milk of the alchemists.

Numbers for the Title Minority Report - Characters John Anderton and Lamar Burges, splayed by Tom Cruise and Max Von Sydow respectively

M i n o r i t y R e p o r t = 8
4 5 9 2 7 9 7 9 2

51/6 38/11 = 89/17/8 = 17/8

89 = shut up, body, silence: various ‘traps’ or cages are suggested in the film – precogs, Dr. Hineman and her plants repeatedly tell Anderton he is not welcome in her private world and has been poisoned by her watchdog vine on the wall – she began the Precrime Dept. and explains there is a second copy of the Minority Report – the original report is stored within Agatha. “After all, who wants a justice system that instills doubt?”; Anderton and his wife Lara now live separately. Their homes have little warmth, lack animation, and barely exhibiting exteriorized emotion. Lara displays her b&w photographs - a row of swings with one swing separated from the swing set suggests she cannot move on; Anderton’s boss, people arrested for intent to commit a crime and haloed, etc.

Act III, Last Scene: 17/8= A circle, orbit

John Anderton and Lara are able to achieve closure after losing their son Sean, and in the last scene, have reunited as a couple with plans for a new family.

Good, to give, place, the entrance, threshold :

Within the total as 8, subtle reference to Anubis [Mercury] as Psychopompas, soul guide – traveler between dimensions, the material world and the afterlife? Place, perhaps a reference to where haloed convicts are housed. Place, perhaps a reference to the ‘cathedral’ or ‘temple’ where the precogs are held in water – Agatha wonders about Sean with John and Lara, in answer to the question whether Anne Lively’s daughter is still alive.
Agatha, Dashell and Arthur, finally restored to a normal life, are given a haven of refuge in an undisclosed location - the pleasant, a natural setting is far from the cement world.

Gen xxxii, 25: When the man saw that he did not prevail against Jacob, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and Jacob’s thigh was put out of joint as he wrestled with him.

Gen xxxii, 32: Therefore to this day, the Israelites do not eat do not eat the sinew of the hip which is upon the hollow of the thigh, because he touched the hollow of Jacob’s thigh on the sinew of the hip.

Saturn is the planet ruler of Capricorn, the tenth zodiacal sign and anciently, the eleventh sign Aquarius. The symbol for Saturn is the cross of matter above the crescent of soul, that indicates contraction through material reality – he governs the time-space rules of the physical dimension. Saturn is associated with motivations that favor or facilitate solutions that accomplish the spiritualization of matter.

His symbols often point to the skeletal framework capable of support for additional architectural features – in the macrocosm and the microcosm. Saturn concentrates the basic prevailing rule in our physical realm. His structural formulae, from physical anatomy [the Petri dish] through the world of minerals, into plants and trees in our garden, in Tree of Life style, give us the basic strategy for success during our incarnate experience.

The infinite extends without limitation [Aquarius] and so must be divided and directed [Saturn] in order to preserve a degree of individual power and manageability when we encounter boundless space.

The annual cycle is divided into four quarters in the west. The two Solstices are the extreme action points of the movement, the shortest and longest days of the year.

The Shortest Day
The dawn of the Winter Solstice, when Sol enters Capricorn [22 December – 20 January] is referred to as the time the light returns. We anticipate two important days after the Winter Solstice: Christmas and New Year's Eve.

The two business planets Jupiter and Saturn are referred to as the Greater Fortune and the Lesser Fortune respectively. Their cycles must be analyzed and mastered for your ship to come in, during early to mid-life, without much erosion, fuss, or friction. Jupiter takes just under 12 years to swing through the zodiac, while Saturn makes it in 29 ¼ years.

There is an [optional] allowance of 6 months, in advance of Jupiter and Saturn returning to their original position in a star chart, because the orb of both planets is so great the influence is often felt well in advance of the mathematical date that signals the start of the return in solid clock time.

The first return is the model [intellectual-psyche fingerprints] for both planetary styles from then on. Life issues that pertain to the Jupiter and Saturn agenda are usually high on the priority list if the return is in effect. The Jupiter Return takes a full year to complete itself and Saturn takes about three years to run the entire course.

SATURN IN AQUARIUS - The Eleventh Sign Governs The Age of The Child

Without struggle we are not often challenged to transcend and acquire new knowledge. Demosthenes, the greatest orator of ancient Greece, was born with a stammer, but he put pebbles in his mouth and learned how to talk above the waves, getting rid of the stutter. California Senator Diane Feinstein is a native Moonchild with her Saturn in Aquarius. Like Tom Cruise, she has a Saturn quincunx in her chart, formed between her Venus in Moonchild @ 16 in her Fourth House and Saturn 15 Aquarius 50 rx, in her Eleventh House. The Senator rose above the shock, loss and frustration that descended on San Francisco City Hall with the assassination of Mayor Moscone and Harvey Milk. She transcended the emotional pain, disbelief, and disempowerment as a City Supervisor because her love of the people was greater than her personal grief.

The quincunx seems to provide the energy and presence of mind to do and say the right thing in a time of major crisis. The positive features of the psychological pioneer may harmonize the objective and subjective qualities of the mind through one vivid flash of inspiration.

Anything unsympathetic and restrictive during early life [birth through age 17] may contribute to a prolonged and troublesome crisis at the time of the Saturn Return [age 29-33] but adverse aspects during the return are not always tracked back to the point of origin.

Other well known celebs with Saturn in Aquarius in the Fourth Department of Line include Cary Grant, Quincy Jones, Jon Bon Jovi, and Albert Schweitzer

Saturn, Jupiter and The Firm

The Firm Sydney Pollack 1993
Writers: John Grisham (novel), David Rabe (screenplay)
Stars:Tom Cruise, Jeanne Tripplehorn and Gene Hackman

Gene Hackman (Avery Tolar, The Firm 1993)
Tripple Aquarius with his Saturn 7° Capricorn 04', in his Eleventh House, natural Department of Life ruled by Aquarius
Gene Hackman has an inconjunct aspect [150 degrees] between his Jupiter 6° Gemini 21' in his Third House and his Saturn in the Eleventh Dept. of Life. The aspect would be a duplicate influence of that found in the Cruise star chart, but for the position of Jupiter, 3 degrees from the Nadir. Many astrologers consider this a match nonetheless because the wide orb of both business planets allows for the extra 3 degree stretch.

Holly Hunter (Tammy Hemphill, The Firm 1993)
Saturn 25°31' Sagittarius - time unknown
Saturn Aspects include: Sun [29 Pisces/cusp Aries] square Saturn; Saturn trine Pluto; Jupiter sextile Saturn

Hal Holbrook (Oliver Lambert, The Firm 1993)
Saturn 14° Scorpio 18' trine Pluto with Jupiter sextile Saturn
Sun 28° Aquarius 10' with Saturn 14° Scorpio 18', in his Eleventh House, over Ed Harris Saturn in his Eleventh House. These are superimposed over the placement of Jupiter in the Eleventh House of Tom Cruise.
Holbrook's Chiron 20° Aries 42', in his Fourth House is inconjunct his Saturn in Eleventh House, over the Saturn and Jupiter placements in other star charts for the players in this movie. Chiron is of Saturn's nature and at the same time is influenced by Uranus, the first slow-moving planet. Astrologically, it symbolizes wisdom, patience and the faculty to reduce others' sufferings: it is said to be the "great healer" of the zodiac. Like all the secondary bodies, it must be in close conjunction with planets or angles in order to fully express its action.

Ed Harris (Wayne Tarrance, The Firm 1993)
Saturn 0°37' Libra, in Eleventh House - Sun sextile Saturn
Jupiter 29° Aquarius 36', in Fourth House in strong inconjunction with Saturn 0° Libra 37', in his Eleventh House. The is the reverse of an aspect that Cruise has with Saturn in Aquarius in his Fourth House.

David Strathairn (Ray McDeere, The Firm 1993)
Sun 6° Aquarius 10' in his Third house, with Mars and Mercury in Aquarius
Sun inconjunction Saturn @ 4° Virgo in the Ninth House, close to the Midheaven.

Precogs? The Pre-cogs in Phillip K. Dick’s, The Minority Report, are young visionaries, Agatha, Arthur, and Dashell, who live in a sea of “milk” formula prepared to heighten their already extreme hyper-sensitivity. They solve murder mystery problems, like ‘who dunnit’ writers Agatha Christie, Arthur Conan Doyle, and Dashell Hammit, only in advance, providing the Precrime agents time to stop the murder before it happens. More like post-cogs, they see-sense mystery plays in reverse: who did it is déjà vu for them, like reading the last page of a book first and going back to page one.

The Precogs reside in an insulated, alternate, ‘invisible world’ for most 9-5ers – they are seers who share their atmosphere with poets, artists, musicians, those who see subtle future signs and have a gift for tracking clues to conclusion, but in an accelerated time window. They form a ‘hive mentality’ [Agatha, Samantha Morton is the most powerful] as survivors of an experimental government program dedicated to recovery children born to addicted parents. The community regards them as infallible oracles who are not ready for prime time.
The opening scene of the movie reveals the process that reduced the Washington, D.C. murder rate to zero. One of the major debates in The Minority Report pivots on the question of precognition itself: Spielberg comments:
“If there was a system in place that was infallible, that was basically blessed by the Supreme Court of the United States and voted on by national referendum by the people of this country, that allows you to change the Bill of Rights, to simply stop a murder from happening, and if there was never a flaw in the system, I would be in favor of that. “ However, if the three precogs are the key to predicting when a murder will occur, by whom, and who the victim will be, then they must always agree – if one of them casts a dissenting vote, there is a flaw and doubt.
Tom Cruise adds that the possibility an alternate reality for some of the people John Anderton “haloed” [retired to confinement] may exist. No room for error can exist; the first priority for Precrime cannot cancel individual self-determination – a shadow of doubt would shut down the whole system. “Although it does save a lot of lives, there is that question as a rule, what about the .002% that possibly would have changed their mind, could have changed their mind?”

It's 2054 and Pre-Crime law enforcement has prevented all murders in Washington for the last six years. Using the premonitions of Pre-Cogs - three psychic humans - Chief John Anderton (Cruise) and his team are able to foresee crimes and arrest the perpetrator before harm is done.
